Geometric frosted glass lampshade manufacturing process
Using ultra-clear float glass as the base material, the glass is cut into geometric shapes such as rhombuses and rectangles. The surface undergoes a two-step acid etching process. Daily dust can be easily cleaned by simply wiping with a dry cloth.

Metal support structure and overall structure technology

By adopting the "three-coat, three-bake" precise process, we ensure that the paint surface has both luxurious texture and durability:

• The primer layer: Spray epoxy primer and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes to solidify, enhancing the bonding strength with the metal substrate and preventing rust by isolating air;
• The color paint layer: Select fluorocarbon paints in light luxury tones such as gun black and deep space gray. Through electrostatic spraying, the paint adheres evenly. The baking temperature is raised to 200℃ to ensure color saturation and coverage;
• The clear coat layer: Finally, spray transparent clear coat and bake at 220℃ for 30 minutes to form a hard protective film. It is scratch-resistant and resistant to yellowing.
