First off, we start with whole slabs of natural marble. We run infrared tests on 'em first to make sure there are no hidden cracks inside-can't have weak spots! Then we cut the slab with a big water jet machine, using 0.1mm ultra-fine sand so we don't mess up the marble's natural veins or texture.

After cutting, we polish it in three steps:

Coarse grind: Gets rid of any cutting marks and smooths the surface;

Fine grind: Closes up tiny pores in the stone (so it's less likely to stain);

Precision polish: Grinds it at high speed until it's got an 85°+ mirror shine-feels as smooth as silk, no grainy bits at all.And we keep pouring water on it while polishing to stop the marble from overheating (that way it doesn't change color, and its patterns stay clear).

For the base, we use 304 stainless steel tubes or plates-first cut 'em with lasers for exact sizes, then bend 'em into shape with a CNC machine (gives those clean, simple lines).

Next, we weld the parts together with laser seamless welding-welds are super thin (no thicker than 0.2mm!), and we use argon gas to protect the welds so they blend right into the steel. After welding, we polish the base with 1200-mesh sandpaper until it's super smooth (roughness ≤0.02μm-you can barely feel any unevenness).

Then we do electrolytic polishing to get rid of tiny burrs and make it more rust-resistant. For the finish? You can pick:

Chrome plating (for that shiny metallic look);

Sandblasting + fluorocarbon paint (for a matte finish).Both passes a salt spray test-so it won't rust or scratch easily, even if it's used a lot (like in busy hotels).
