Stone processing technology

• We conduct in-depth research in the world's top-quality stone production areas, and carefully select marble of different tones such as black, white and green based on indicators such as texture continuity, color purity and material density. For instance, green marble focuses on raw materials with rich color and regular texture from mineral veins, laying a natural texture foundation for the mosaic effect.
• Using CNC cutting equipment, according to the pre-designed circular mosaic pattern, the stones are precisely cut to an accuracy of millimeters. The cutting path is imported through 3D modeling to ensure that each circular stone plate has precise dimensions and consistent curvature, creating conditions for seamless assembly.
• Using the vacuum suction assembly machine and the special epoxy resin glue for stone materials, the circularly cut stones are assembled one by one. A small sample assembly test is conducted first to adjust the gap width to within 0.1mm, and then the overall assembly is carried out. During the assembly process, the laser positioning system is utilized to ensure the symmetry of the pattern and the natural connection of the textures, presenting a flowing mosaic aesthetic.

Metal base manufacturing process

• Select high-purity pipe materials, and use an automatic grinding machine to finely polish the outer surface of the pipes, removing the oxide layer and impurities. According to the designed staggered height, use a CNC pipe cutting machine to cut the pipes to the specified length, ensuring the pipe openings are smooth.
• Construct a electroplating system. First, apply copper plating to create a strong adhesion base, then apply a nickel layer to enhance the anti-corrosion performance, and finally apply a 24K gold coating. Strictly control the temperature and current density of the electroplating solution to ensure that the gold coating is uniform, full, and has long-lasting luster.
