Water jet cutting and shaping
Use a water jet cutting machine, with high-pressure water jet mixed with garnet abrasive, the marble is cut without stress. Precisely avoiding the problems of stone cracking and corner dropping, the natural texture integrity is completely retained. After cutting, the edge beveling treatment is carried out by a vibration grinding machine, making the grip surface of the stone handle smooth and round, with a comfortable touch.

Precise processing of stone hole positions
After the stone is cut and shaped, a CNC stone processing center is used, equipped with diamond-coated cutting tools, to process the installation holes that are compatible with the stainless steel bearings. The position accuracy of the holes is controlled within ±0.05mm, ensuring a seamless connection with the stainless steel components and giving the pull handle a "stone-metal" visual layering effect.

CNC Bearing Processing
The stainless steel bearing components are processed by CNC machine tools, integrating milling, drilling and tapping operations. They achieve high-precision fit with the stainless steel shaft core, ensuring smooth rotation of the handle and preventing any sticking during long-term use.

Electroplating bronze and surface treatment
These stainless steel components will first undergo electrolysis ,remove oil stains and acid washing treatments to remove the surface oil and oxide layer. Then they enter a vacuum electroplating furnace and, through ion deposition technology, copper ions are evenly deposited to form an antique patina coating, presenting a retro luster. After electroplating, they undergo mirror polishing; finally, a anti-fingerprint coating is sprayed on them, ensuring no fingerprints or stains remain during daily use, and making them easy to clean and maintain.
