Glass lampshade manufacturing process

• Material and Forming: High-transparency glass is selected and formed by pouring into molds. The wall thickness difference of the cylindrical cover is controlled within ±0.1mm to ensure uniform transparency. The surface is polished, making it smooth like a mirror, without bubbles or scratches, ensuring pure refraction of light.
• Edge treatment: After cutting, it undergoes CNC process. The edge rounding R angle is precisely controlled at 0.5mm, providing a smooth touch. This avoids sharp edges causing cuts and reduces the risk of glare. At the same time, it optimizes the light emission angle to minimize reflections.

Metal frame manufacturing process

• Material and Processing: The frame is made of stainless steel. It is cut using laser technology, with a cutting accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring that the frame pieces fit together perfectly. The shape is formed through CNC bending process, with an angle error of each component ≤0.5°, guaranteeing geometric symmetry and aesthetic appeal.
• Surface treatment: After acid washing for rust removal and phosphating for base treatment, anodic oxidation process is adopted. The dark brown coating is uniform and thick, with strong adhesion, resistant to wear and corrosion, and maintains the metallic texture for a long time.
