High-transparency ultra-white glass is selected. Through the hot bending process of the mold, the elliptical shape is precisely formed. The edges are precisely cut by CNC, resulting in a smooth surface without any chipping. This lays the foundation for the subsequent edge wrapping process.

Stainless steel decorative frame and edge treatment process
Material and shaping: 304 stainless steel is selected. Laser cutting is used to create a decorative frame and edge trim that match the elliptical glass. The decorative frame is shaped through CNC bending technology to form a three-dimensional contour. Seamless welding technology is employed at the corners, and the weld points are finely polished to become completely invisible, presenting clean lines.
