PVD Vacuum Electroplating Technology

• Preparation treatment: The surface is cleaned by ion bombardment in a vacuum environment to remove impurities and oxide layers, ensuring the adhesion of the coating;
• Coating structure: First, a nickel layer is deposited as the base, then a copper-tin alloy layer is sputtered, and finally an oxide titanium protective layer is applied.

Frame alignment accuracy
The corners of the frame are joined at a 45-degree angle. After laser welding, they are polished to a smooth finish and then electroplated as a whole to ensure that the coating covers the entire area without any gaps. The connection between the load-bearing beams and the columns uses a combination of "hidden tenons + spot welding". The weld points are hidden beneath the coating, which not only strengthens the structural integrity but also conceals the welding points.

Marble Selection and Processing
The natural marble is selected, and after 5 rounds of fine grinding, the surface flatness is ensured to be ≤ 0.1mm. The edges are rounded off with a 3mm radius. The backside of the stone is treated with anti-permeation treatment to prevent moisture from invading and affecting the stability of the supporting frame. At the same time, the transparent texture of the natural pattern on the front side is retained.
