Before You Send Your Enquiry

  • Do I need finished drawings to enquire?

    No. You can start with a sketch, reference image or written brief. Tell us which requirements are fixed and which need discussion. The scope of any design development must be confirmed.
  • Can I enquire about a small quantity?
    Yes. Include your required quantity. Feasibility and any minimum order requirement depend on the product, materials and production setup, so ask for confirmation for your specific enquiry.
  • Are samples or new tooling included?
    Do not assume they are included. Ask for sample requirements, tooling needs, related charges and approval arrangements to be stated in your quotation.
  • Who owns drawings or custom tooling?
    Confirm ownership, permitted use and any confidentiality requirements in writing before sharing sensitive files or commissioning development. These terms depend on the agreement.
  • How soon can I receive a quotation?
    JSP provides quotations for individual products within 6 hours and engineering projects within 2 days. Include the product type, quantity and available requirements in your enquiry.
