Step 1: High-Quality Glass Selection & Pretreatment

Base Material: Use 8–10mm thick ultra-clear soda-lime glass (light transmittance ≥90% before processing), inspected for internal bubbles (diameter >1mm rejected) and surface scratches (length >3mm rejected) under polarized light-laying the foundation for clear pattern display.

Cleaning: Ultrasonic cleaning (40kHz, 50℃) removes oil and dust from the glass surface, ensuring no impurities affect subsequent printing adhesion.

Step 2: Digital Plate-Making & Precision Printing

Pattern Digitization: Convert design files (customer-provided or in-house) into high-resolution digital templates, adjusting color saturation and line details to match venue aesthetics (e.g., hotel brand elements).

Digital Printing: Use UV-curable ink to print patterns on the glass surface-printing accuracy controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring fine lines (≥0.1mm width) and complex motifs (e.g., floral, geometric) are reproduced clearly.
