Use ASTM A240 304 stainless steel (1.2–1.5mm thick), inspected for corrosion resistance (Cr≥18%, Ni≥8%) and surface flaws. A fiber laser cutter (±0.03mm precision) cuts components, with edges deburred to avoid scratches.
Step 2: Welding & Polishing
Argon arc welding (80–100A current) creates 1–1.2mm narrow seams (shear strength ≥300MPa), with joints buffed to ≤0.1mm flatness. 12-step progressive polishing (400–2000 grit + matte buffing) achieves a soft finish (60° gloss ≤10GU), then an anti-fingerprint coating is applied.
Step 3: Surface Treatment
Custom options: Matte (standard), brushed (1200-grit parallel lines), or PVD coating (1.2–1.5μm thick, color-matched to Pantone codes) for durability.
