Precision molding: Cutting and bending processes

• Laser Cutting: Using high-precision laser cutting technology, the stainless steel sheet is cut according to the hollow patterns. The high energy density of the laser ensures smooth and flat cuts, whether it is straight lines, curves or complex hollow designs, achieving millimeter-level accuracy. Every line is precisely and smoothly drawn, avoiding the rough edges or errors that may occur in traditional cutting methods.
• Numerical Control Bending: After the stainless steel components are cut, they enter the numerical control bending process. Through the programmable bending equipment, the sheet is precisely bent according to the designed angles, ensuring that the frame structure and grid shape of the screen are in accordance with the preset dimensions, with consistent connection angles for each part, and a coherent and smooth overall line, presenting a neat geometric beauty.

Welding and Surface Finishing

• Argon arc welding process: During the welding stage, the various stainless steel components are connected using argon arc welding technology. The electric arc welding under argon gas protection can effectively prevent the oxidation of the weld seams, resulting in fine and firm weld points, and the weld seams are smooth with almost no traces, fundamentally ensuring the stability and visual integrity of the screen structure.
• Manual polishing: After the welding is completed, it is handled by experienced artisans for manual polishing. According to the design requirements, the metal surface is repeatedly polished with different grits of abrasive materials, presenting a fine mirror-like texture or brushed texture. The touch is smooth without burrs.
• Electroplating process: To enhance the screen's resistance to oxidation and decorative properties, a coated electroplating process is applied to the surface. From base layer to coloring, each layer of coating is strictly controlled.
