By using a firing process at temperatures of over 1,000 degrees Celsius, the ceramic lampshade becomes extremely fine and compact in texture. Handmade ceramic lampshade

• Handcrafted shaping and glazing techniques: The lampshade is formed by artisans through hand-pulling or molding. The thickness of the base is uniform, and the surface is repeatedly glazed. The thickness of each layer of glaze is precisely controlled to ensure that the texture flows naturally after firing.
• High-temperature firing: It is fired in a kiln at a temperature of 1280℃ for 12 hours with a slow heating process and 8 hours of cooling. This makes the ceramic texture dense and hard, resistant to high temperatures and less prone to cracking. The glaze melts fully at high temperatures, forming a smooth and lustrous surface. When light penetrates, it is scattered through the texture of the glaze, presenting soft and hazy layers of light and shadow.

Mirror-coated stainless steel ceiling plate

• Electroplating and polishing process: The ceiling pan is made of 304 stainless steel substrate. After 5 rounds of mirror polishing, it undergoes chrome electroplating, with a coating thickness of 15μm. The surface reflection rate is ≥ 95%, and the light reflection is as clear and free of interference as crystal.
• Structural adaptation: The metal base is formed through laser cutting and bending, and is connected to the ceramic lampshade with a silicone buffer pad to avoid hard impact wear, while maintaining stability and detail refinement.
