The shaping of the table legs begins with high-precision cutting. Each metal line is precisely cut by a CNC machine to ensure that the length and angle errors are kept within a very small range. The welding process is a showcase of craftsmanship, using micro-arc welding technology. The current and welding time are precisely controlled, allowing the weld points to present a uniform molten pool shape under a microscope, which not only ensures structural strength but also enables a smooth transition at the joints, making them almost undetectable as seams.

Before electroplating treatment, the table legs need to undergo three layers of cleaning procedures: first, using ultrasonic waves to remove minor impurities from the metal surface, then undergoing chemical passivation to form an initial protective film, and finally entering a vacuum electroplating chamber. During the plating process, metal ions are uniformly attached under the electric field, forming a layer of uniform and dense film. This film not only gives the table legs a mirror-like luster but also builds an antioxidant barrier. Even when exposed to a humid environment for a long time, it can effectively resist rusting, keeping the bright texture as new for a long time.

The arrangement of the lines conceals mechanical wisdom. The designer simulates different stress scenarios and distributes the table legs in a radiating and symmetrical manner, which not only disperses the weight on the tabletop but also visually presents a light and suspended feeling, perfectly balancing stability and the dynamic beauty of modern design.

The raw materials for the circular tabletop are also selected with great care, only using natural marble without cracks and with fine texture. During the cutting process, water jet cutting technology is adopted, where high-pressure water drives abrasive materials to precisely cut the stone, avoiding the possible stone chipping caused by traditional cutting methods.

The polishing process is completed by experienced craftsmen by hand. It involves six steps from rough grinding to fine polishing: first, use diamond grinding discs to remove the rough surface, then switch to a wool wheel combined with natural polishing agent for repeated polishing. Each step must be carried out along the texture direction of the stone to activate the crystal luster inside the marble. The final tabletop presents a touch as smooth as velvet, and under the light, the natural patterns stretch like flowing water, with each line of texture being a unique mark left by nature.
